Our normal density of the zirconia inserts embedded in the external nozzle in the ladle with Al2O3-C Body, used in the ladle as controlling steel liquid and slag refractory. It has the better quality quality, long working life, especially used in the special steel products continuous casting process after embedded in the alumina or corundum quality body, can be used in the sliding system of ladle and tundish directly, do not desired to heat before using. Especially used for smelting the special high grade steel types, such as low carton steel, alloy steel etc.
Production Process
Our high density of the zirconia nozzle insert with the normal raw material and advanced technology produced is made of the high quality of e-fuzed magnesia and zirconia grain and sand, bonding agent, through the the automatic system mixing, drying, pressing, inspecting, sintering, etc. series system process, then pack into the carton, and wooden box with the desired shipping mark sticked, then deliver to the china mainland and oversea clients.

1. After Mixing, inspect the water content of material,
2. After pressing, inspect the size,missing angle, etc. of semi-finished products
3. After sintering, inspect the size, missing angle, cave, etc. of finished products
4. Before packing, inspect the size, missing angle, cave,of the finished prodcuts again.
